Premade Pouch Packaging

Our ROTOBAGGER™ premade pouch machine is built for mid- to high-speed production in 24/7 environments, packaging 30–60 bags per minute. It features a horizontal bag magazine for fast loading, automatic servo changeover between bag widths, and optional gas flush, zipper opening, and inkjet lot-code/date printing.

Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS)

Our VFFS systems form, fill, and seal packages in one continuous operation — from flat film roll to finished pouch — at an output of more than 40 pouches per minute. Paired with our multi-head weigh fillers for speed and fill accuracy, this is the backbone of modern high-volume contract packaging.

VFFS also gives us the flexibility to switch quickly between products and package sizes, so we can serve varied client specifications with minimal downtime.

Freeze-Drying + Packaging, Combined

Freeze-drying extends shelf life while preserving quality, flavor, and nutritional value.
